Buyers measure businesses on their level of sensibility. Genuine businesses who confess truths even when truths expose vulnerability are sensible. Brands who fake it until they make it are eventually exposed.

When you assume the role, you become the role. When you project success, you find success. When you fake it, you unravel the very fabric that defines you as you. All men are unique. That doesn’t mean all brands are. Be honest in your work and your brand will find its own story.

If you feel ‘in too deep’, ask why. Do you question your confidence or ability? If it is confidence then accept your ability and don’t be afraid of adding your own touch. If it is ability then be transparent and bring to the table alternative solutions, not additional problems.

Everybody learns everything for the first time once. Not everybody is prepared to admit it.
