Writer Cassidy Dale described that the world breeds two kinds of people – knights and gardeners.
Knights view the world as a never-ending battle to be fought. They see right and wrong. Winners and losers. They see life as a series of problems to be fixed and solutions to be found.
Gardeners, on the other hand, view the world as ambivalent. They see opportunities to relate and heal. To sculpt and grow. They see life as a series of projects to be built and connections to be made.
Knights are industrialists deep down. Gardeners are artists.
Last generation, and every generation before that, it was the knights who led. Today it is the gardeners.
