Rainmakers move short and fast bringing with them enormous energy.
They are often wild eyed visionaries who inspire others to row hard and fast not through fear but excitement. They skip the 9 – 5, engaged in more stimulating pursuits like golf, needless writing and travel.
They pop their head in periodically and make it pour before moving on.
They rarely stop by and yet the roof never falters – the life they bring lives on well after they leave.
We often don’t recognise them but every flourishing community has one. They are the unseen glue. Without them, there is no purpose.
